Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine is a series of sophisticated culinary and beverage experiences hosted at all Park Hyatt locations. Through engaging and interactive events, area residents and visiting gourmands can connect with and acquire skills from our award-winning chefs and sommeliers, professional chocolatiers, craft brew masters, local farmers and tea producers.

May 16th: What would a barbecue be without your own rubs and cocktails made perfect to your liking? As the barbecue season approaches, Executive Chef Joan Monfaredi leads an interactive discussion on many different rubs and spices and how to create a blend tailored specifically to your liking. Our Mixologist will share trends for the season and best practices when making cocktails for your cottage weekend getaways.
$70 per person.
August 21st: Seven Courses. One Perfect Evening. Join Chef Joan for a culinary experience that travels the world of Kosher Cuisine and masterfully brings together traditional concepts with new creations. Indulge in a seven course tasting menu paired perfectly with Kosher wines and uniquely prepared Kosher desserts. $175 per person
November 15th: The rich scents and flavours of the season fill the air and our Holiday Preview will tease your senses further. Begin the day baking holiday favourites with our pastry team as they divulge secret recipes never shared before and baking tips on how to save time when making holiday desserts. Continue the morning with our Décor Specialist Marla Brown as she speaks to the trending colors for the holidays and how to pair linens and textures with themes when setting the table for your dinner party. Learn how to create festive libations from our in-house mixologists and end the day seated at the table with Executive Chef Joan Monfaredi, while enjoying a five course festive dinner with all the trimmings.
