Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine is a series of sophisticated culinary and beverage experiences hosted at all Park Hyatt locations. Through engaging and interactive events, area residents and visiting gourmands can connect with and acquire skills from our award-winning chefs and sommeliers, professional chocolatiers, craft brew masters, local farmers and tea producers.

November 15th: The rich scents and flavours of the season fill the air and our Holiday Preview will tease your senses further. Begin the day baking holiday favourites with our pastry team as they divulge secret recipes never shared before and baking tips on how to save time when making holiday desserts. Continue the morning with our Décor Specialist Marla Brown as she speaks to the trending colors for the holidays and how to pair linens and textures with themes when setting the table for your dinner party. Learn how to create festive libations from our in-house mixologists and end the day seated at the table with Executive Chef Joan Monfaredi, while enjoying a five course festive dinner with all the trimmings. Select individual experiences to enjoy or spend the day with us.
