Q: Can I create my own menu?
A: Yes, our Chef is happy to customize a menu to suite your tastes and budget.
Q: Can I taste all the food before the wedding?
A: Of course. A complete tasting of all the selected menu items, including your cake, will be scheduled several weeks prior to your wedding. At that time, we can make any necessary adjustments.
Q: How long will my wedding last?
A: Generally, a wedding reception is planned for four hours. You can extend the time if desired. Your wedding specialist will advise you of any additional costs for the extended time.
Q: Can I have an open bar at the wedding?
A: You can elect to have an open bar package, a limited selection of wine and beer, or a cash bar. Your wedding specialist will advise you on the costs and inclusions for each.
Q: Do you have suggested vendors for flowers, music, photography, etc?
A: We work on a regular basis with several vendors. We will be happy to provide you with contact information. Our elite partnerships with local vendors promises that every element is handled professionally.
Q: Can I host a morning-after brunch or a rehearsal dinner at Park Hyatt Toronto?
A: Certainly. We have several private rooms that would be appropriate for these occasions.
Q: Are taxes and gratuities included in the pricing?
A: No, your contract pricing will not include all taxes and gratuities. Please remember, pricing is not final until a signed contract is returned to your wedding specialist.
Q: Can my guests have a late check-out the morning after the wedding?
A: We will try and accommodate your guests’ requests. However, this will be dependant upon the overall occupancy of the hotel on the day in question.
Q: Can I arrange for decor in the wedding venue?
A: Generally, yes. There will be certain limitations in some rooms, which your wedding specialist can review with you and discuss with your preferred supplier. Allow us to give you ideas and suggestions that have successfully worked in the past.
